The winning photos will be exhibited with the ARTery member artists’ own interpretations of eagles, raptors, and other species of birds. During the opening reception, Conservancy staff will present a short background on the organization and eagles in the region. Refreshments will be provided.
The ARTery, founded in the summer of 1919, is a gallery located in the historic Forest Hall building in Milford, Pennsylvania. It is a cooperative owned and operated by successful and emerging artists and artisans from the Tri-State area.
With 10-15 artists exhibiting, there is a wide variety of work in all mediums and genres that changes and/or rotates on a monthly basis. The eclectic collection includes paintings, photography, sculpture, jewelry, and fine burled wood objects. The “Sharing Place” exhibit will be on display from April 19th until May 7th.
