This year, in the spirit of collaboration, our Keynote Speaker will be coming to us from LandStudies, endeavoring to bring together public and private partnerships to plan and implement functional, natural landscapes that maximize economic and environmental returns. Our Guest speaker this year will be Paul Golrick, M.S., P.G., Soil Scientist and Professional Geologist discussing soils, testing and site constraints. MCCD and PCCD staff will also be providing NPDES Program updates and much more!
